JoeyA puts the bite on everyone at Buffalo's Billiards Tourny, Friday!

If you can play One Pocket and 9-Ball you can play Bank Pool. Everyone knows that, including you. You have to shoot banks in both the games, especially One Pocket. But that's okay Joey, now that "lock" has been added to your name I understand you not wanting to play a game that you think might be close.

ORIGINALLY we did agree to play one set of each, but somewhere along the way you decided to drop any mention of Banks from the equation. I think someone "knocked" my game and told you that I could sometimes make two banks in a row.

All that said you know I luv ya Joey and since you're totally stuck on One Pocket, I'm going to accommodate you once and for all. I WILL PLAY YOU ONE POCKET EVEN if you manage to show up in Vegas in May. How about a Race to Four or Five for 500. I'll leave the length up to you. I just want to see how I size up against a good player after years of inactivity. Once upon a time I played some decent One Pocket. I feel like I can do it again, maybe I'm wrong.

P.S. Now don't start asking me to play Eight Ball on a bar table. I WILL NOT do that under any circumstances!

Jay is adding Lock to his name a bad thing? Get him Jay!!! I am pulling for you!!!!
PT10? gave me another Lock to use. I am your biggest fan Jay!
Many Regards,
Lock N Load.

Jay,
We've been down this road before. You previously admitted that you did offer to play one pocket. I agreed to that. At a later time, you decided to add in banks which I never agreed to. I agreed to play you one pocket and that's all I ever agreed to, so quit trying to squeeze in banks, you old fox.

Unfortunately, your offer to own up to your agreed to one pocket match with me, if I show up in Las Vegas in May isn't enough to get me there by itself.

If opportunity presents itself and I do make it to the BCA pool league championship in May, I would be happy to play you whenever time allows for the both of us.

$500 or $1000 is fine and a race to 4 is good as well. That could easily take a few hours of play and that's about all the time I'm interested in playing one pocket for. After a few hours it just gets to be a grind.

It's a date, don't be late, I can't wait! :thumbup2:

Lou, please you do the commentary if we play! PLEASE, maybe with Kool Kat Matt.
If I play bad you can tell the world I dogged it, I don't care.

Sorry Jay.

This past year or so I have lost far too much respect for Lou to be involved with him.

Lou is persona non grata as far as I am concerned. I won't be having anything to do with Lou in any way shape or form and that includes him doing commentary on our match. I don't harbor any ill will toward him.

I just don't care to associate with him or even be around him, but you already knew that. And if you didn't, now you do. ;-)

As far as TAR is concerned, that would be fine or not. We could play at another facility as well where the equipment is similarly good in case they can't accomodate us. I know they have a business to run and I don't want them to drop any of their big business deals to handle our little match. It would be fine like I said if we played on TAR or not. I guess it would be kind of nice for the AZB members to sweat the match on a livestream but it doesn't have to be a deal breaker for me. How about you?

I still don't know if I will make it but I will try. I'll keep you posted when and if I make any firm dates for May.

Best regards,

Joey

Funny, Joey, I wasn't persona non grata when I bought you numerous beers in Gulfport a few years back; nor when I bought you and Jose drinks at the Derby a couple of years ago; nor when I greeted you like a brother at The Open last year after you bailed on me for the dinner I had organized on some perceived -- but nonexistent -- slight and then volunteered to drive you down the strip so you could have the Kobe beef dinner you craved.

I've always been the person I've been and will continue to be. You, OTOH, are becoming a first class, thin-skinned nit. In the last year the only thing that's changed is that I refuse to keep reading your numerous, hypocritical, blue-inked sermons. (And I mean that like brother :-) Udder than that, you are OK by me and I look forward to buying you drinks this year (again) in Vegas.

Thanks Jay for that, I'm flattered. What dates might you be leaning towards? I googled the tourney and see the one pocket tourney is May 10-13 and US Open 10 ball is May 14-19.

I just might be out there for the HD Expo (Hospitality & Design for contract furniture) that is held at the Sands on May 15-17. That said, if I came out I'd stay for more than 3 days...

They've got a BEAUTIFUL Diamond table in the 'pit' at Pool Sharks. FYI I've never played on it but I like the set up. If you tell me you're coming, I'll be there like a bear. I plan to play in one or two events this year, like the Seniors Eight Ball and maybe the One Pocket. But a match with you would take precedence for me. For fame, glory and AZ bragging rights! :)

P.S. I didn't know you had a beef with Lou. Sorry to hear that. He and I had our differences a long time ago, but after he slapped me around I got back in line. :p
May 9 or 14 both look like good dates that won't interfere with the One Pocket tourney. We could probably even do some One Pocket commentary together and you could tell the world how you kicked my ass.

You can quit laying down a line Jay. We both know you haven't forgotten how to play and it is just a matter of you picking up a cue. That table sitting in your house comes in handy.
