JoeyA puts the bite on everyone at Buffalo's Billiards Tourny, Friday!

9-Ball for old men please. I will play!

Tell him Jay, you want to play whatever JoeyA wants to play!! You are not scared of the big bad wolf!!! I know you are not. You are a warrior by all means! Get him Jay! JoeyA took my Lock off of my name!
Thanks Jay. I talked to Buddy Hall last night, I told him about your match with JoeyA, he laughed and said it would be a good one!
Many Regards,
? N Load.

Double HemLock, it is a good thing you have another name.... Double HemLock. Now how do we get your 9 back from JoeyA. Maybe we ought to take his A!!!! Is that a good idea?
Many Regards,
? N Load.

Nah, just take the two capitalized letters, "J" and "A" such that he is now "oey".

"Oh look who just entered... it's oey!"

-Sean <-- what was this thread about again?

That's right 'N Load! And you know when kids get a cut on their finger, and you say to them, "ohh, you have an owey!" (Pronounced the same way as "ouch" -- but without the "ch" -- and add "ey".)

Taking this a step further, when somebody misses a ball, you can say, "oh, he/she did an oey!"

-Sean <-- there, take that, JoeyA -- I mean -- oey! :p

Luckily, I have a hearing impediment and I won't have to listen to that poppycock. :D

GingerBread Man,

I have a rather full plate at the moment. It is nice to see you are slowing down with your sprints. I would still like to play you the one pocket match that you offered me originally way back when. The banks is just something that I don't play, unfortunately. In fact, they seldom play bank pool down in Louisiana so for the most part I am completely clueless about bank pool.

You and I, on the other hand, are both familiar with one pocket.

The truth is the one pocket game that we played at the U.S. Open 9 Ball Championships a few years ago was very close, IN SPITE of you using a "piece of bamboo shit" (to quote Alex P) and not having played any pool to speak of, prior to that (your words).

It is obvious that a guy like you who has the talent and experience that you have with one pocket, only has to practice up and get in stroke and poor old JoeyA will be peeling off the Benjamins left and right.

So please stop trying to paint yourself as the underdog at one pocket. You're not. You and I both know it. All you have to do is get in stroke.

You know I don't play banks and you know that you are a big favorite; and that you are stealing playing banks against someone who just doesn't know the game of banks.

If you can play One Pocket and 9-Ball you can play Bank Pool. Everyone knows that, including you. You have to shoot banks in both the games, especially One Pocket. But that's okay Joey, now that "lock" has been added to your name I understand you not wanting to play a game that you think might be close.

ORIGINALLY we did agree to play one set of each, but somewhere along the way you decided to drop any mention of Banks from the equation. I think someone "knocked" my game and told you that I could sometimes make two banks in a row.

All that said you know I luv ya Joey and since you're totally stuck on One Pocket, I'm going to accommodate you once and for all. I WILL PLAY YOU ONE POCKET EVEN if you manage to show up in Vegas in May. How about a Race to Four or Five for 500. I'll leave the length up to you. I just want to see how I size up against a good player after years of inactivity. Once upon a time I played some decent One Pocket. I feel like I can do it again, maybe I'm wrong.

P.S. Now don't start asking me to play Eight Ball on a bar table. I WILL NOT do that under any circumstances!

Lou, please you do the commentary if we play! PLEASE, maybe with Kool Kat Matt.
If I play bad you can tell the world I dogged it, I don't care.

oh, believe me, Jay -- I'm in for the commentary :-)

if they'll have me

Joey, I will play you on TAR. It can be a preliminary match to something much bigger with much better players (than me anyway). I will play you EVEN! Race to Four One Pocket for 500 and a Race to Four Banks for 500. That way no one will get hurt and you've got a shot at winning a dime from this old skin flint. You are a big favorite at One Hole and I'm a small favorite at Banks. On paper you have the best of it, but I want a go at you. You have this big rep and everyone thinks I'm a bum. I don't really feel like playing in tourneys, I'd rather play a money game. Meet you in Vegas in May! The world (of AZ) wants this match. The question is do you want the Gingerbread Man? I'm willing to donate to your trust fund if you can beat this old fart. :D

Probably a break-even game....
..after all...that's why they call him 'Joey with a Tie'

Hey PT10?,
It is not JoeyA any more, it is oey. I took his J and his A. He needs to give you your 9 back too. Thanks for giving me another Lock for my name! You are the man!
Many Regards,
Lock N Load.
