You would need a few months available, to do nothing but read thread after thread, to really get how this got to where it is today.
Some of it classic, some of it sad, some of it makes you question why you are still reading it at all.
They are both prolific.
I am really looking forward to this match. And I don't even go back as far as the rec.sports.billiards days. Funny thing is that I enjoy both of these guys here. (Most of the time, heh heh.)

No offense, but it is posts like yours that demonstrate how things get this way. Although you may think it is, this is not "fighting the good fight." Rather, it's throwing gasoline on the fire to flare it up and keep the flames going.

Reminiscent of The Last Great CTE War....
Because it's the only game Lou has a chance at... If they play rotation games or 8ball his misses will add up where in 1-pocket there are times a missed ball creates better positions than just the value of the 1 point it's worth..

in our local memorial day parade there are now units representing CTE, Ghost, and HAMB.
Some have peg legs, some missing digits, a lot with eye patches. Rumor has it that some who wear the eye patches don't need them, they just choose to because it helps with their aiming.
It was a very tough war.

For those uninitiated, take the recent Rodney Morris/CSI thread, multiply it x 5 in intensity, and then have it expand into 5-10 threads, concurrently. Daily bannings for those getting out of hand.
And that might be conservative.
Do those that wear those eye patches always do so while in public, so that the shot insurance agencies don't sue them for defrauding the game? (Much like those old-timers always wearing those neck braces to keep receiving their disability checks.)

Let me try and answer that for you Mr. JayKidd...As you may have noticed, Mr. Barton cannot tolerate ANY negative comments, from ANYONE regarding whatever 'Aiming System' Mr.Augastin (JoeyA) has recommended to him..(which is a new one, every week)...Mr.Lou Figueroa has been pointing out to Mr. B (for the last 10 years) that he has seen NO visible improvement in Mr. B's game ! (nor Mr A's game either, for that matter
)Mr F. has plenty of visual proof of this, because Mr.B has made approximately 2,750 videos, of himself, looking much like a frustrated 'C' player, as he tries to explain CTE, while missing every other shot !.. This has caused many other knowledgable members, (myself included) to ridicule Mr. B, and he finally took exception and issued a foolish challenge..
Now Mr. B, is blaming Mr, Wilson, (the moderator) for not allowing him to make a fool of himself, by trying to make about $300,000 worth of idiotic wagers, on this forum !..That is a very accurate summation of the events, which will culminate with Mr. F., thrashing Mr. B, next month in NJ !..I am sure Mr. B, will contest my version, but that is his nature..He often has trouble accepting reality !

True, Joey, but I don't think hate is such a bad thing as long as it is directed toward inanimate things and not at people.
For instance: I was insulted by another person on this forum the other day and I hated that insult (it was graphically repulsive). But I surely don't hate the person who did the insulting. I also hated the fact that the insult goaded me into insulting that person right back; but I still won't hate myself for doing it. The insults were mistakes on both sides, and they are not worthy of personal hate toward one another.
Hate is too strong of an emotion to be directing it toward people on these forums. It implies that you wouldn't mind seeing the other person die. What we should all be hating here is our inability to control our own emotions.

short version. Louis insults people. Gets called out. Never makes a game. Ends up playing nemesis. Gets crushed in minutes. Ducks nemesis for years. Is goaded into making a challenge by other person. Makes foolish challenge to post thinking nemesis won't accept. Opponent gleefully calls bet.

You want to bet on stans videos? Ok since you are a, system user you duplicate three of stan's videos of my choosing in 24 hours and the bet is 2000 that you can't do it. You have to use a diamond pro am with 4.5" pockets.
If you want to bet on the match I already gave you the instructions.
Then you should be willing to bet more. 100 doesn't show much faith in Lou considering you are willing to bet 2000 on yourself.
So many stipulations ,maybe I should pass. Give me 200 hundred on Lou. Not sure why you won't take my bet,I'm more honest then you.
