Mickey I have your address. Don't sweat it I just got back a couple days ago and will replace the interior of your Centennial with a new one on Monday.

Everyone else, jb@jbcases.com - sorry the PM system here is too restrictive for me to keep up with. The box fills up too quickly and I have to spend time each day pruning it to stay under the limit.

I pay extra just to have extra space and it's still not enough. I don't really understand why there is a limit at all.

No. The Centennial case that I took from you and offered to replace the interior for free is proving to be one of those pain-in-the-ass projects that I wish I had not agreed to.

Putting a new interior in it like the old interior is no problem. But you want to have something like the GTF interior and I can't do that without overlapping the plastic on the end. Well the only material that works for that and allows the lid to still open is thin nylon, but getting the nylon to lay down smoothly is a problem. So we are on the third attempt.

Also it appears that the case was colored to black from a original burgundy and the black is rubbing off in spots so it looks like I will have to recolor the whole thing, probably have to strip it first and then try to go back to black otherwise it will look like crap. In fact it already looks likes crap due to the shitty color job that someone did on it. So stripping it and recoloring it properly will make it look like it should and not just be a dull layer of paint on top of the burgundy.

I bought a case In February. It had an issue with the fabric. You were going to make a new one. We had discussed some changes,but I've never had a confirmation about any details. I honestly have no idea of what is coming my way.

Got it. Yes that was the one with a small tear in the fabric liner and I said we would make a replacement for free and then we had some issues with that particular design and the pocket placements. I don't know why it's fallen through the cracks but I will insure that it's done in the coming week.

For everyone else if you want to tell me about an issue on the public forum please give me some hint of your email address because I don't always recognize who you are from your AZ handle.

One by one we will resolve any outstanding back orders and hopefully the result will make you happy and forgiving of the failure on our part to attend to it when we should have.
