Very Nice to start with !!

Hello Mr. Sutton- wouldn't it be cool to have John do the reverse on the butt sec??? I have a Davis blank ebony/venners and then tulip wood. mark

they are all nice. im not a bacote fan (sorry joey) at all but the middle blank with the bacote forearm is very nice. prob gonna go with old stock natural phenolic with that one

i have tulipwood fro john for the first blank and i ran around sbe with the colobolo blank trying to match it up with no luck. john will have to cpme thru with that one

can you say bumperless hoppe

Very nice work, keep it up!!!

One sentence comes to mind instantly:
"I like your cues, Sir!!!"

And a second as well:
"Very much!"

I really like the colours on all of the cues and the looks of the thin walled SS joint is just staggering! Very nice!

thanks dave. Plays really good too. Very very solid with the tulipwood forearm.

Butt will come in around 15.6 with wrap and finish

59'' cue btw

They are awesome mate, you have a talent.

Don't succumb to the urge to make a cut in the wrap area....I think they look fantastic as wrapless cues that show the half splice.

Si

ALSO... IF ANY MAKER CAN HELP ME IDENTIFY THE SPECIES OF ROSEWOOD IN THE MIDDLE CUE THAT WOULD BE GREAT. WHILE IT LOOKS NICE AND DARK IN THE FIRST PICS WHEN TURNED IT HAS A TANISH ORANGENESS TO IT. I CANT MATCH IT WITH ANYTHING. IM KINDA AGAINST THE BUTTSLEEVE NOT MATCHING THE INNER POINT WOOD BUT IF I GOTTA DO BACOTE IN THE BACK I GUESS I DONT HAVE A CHOICE. THAT WOULD BE BETTER THEN THE WRONG ROSEWOOD OR EBONY imo

thanks si. Unfort both cues will me getting a wrap. White with black linen. Possible white with green on the tulipwood. 70's style

the rw into bacote will get black lizard. Also bumperless hoppe

my first bumperless hoppes believe it or not

Dave
The work you did on these cues is gorgeous. I really like your style sir.
Keep them pics coming. And for gods sake keep building cues like these.
