If you already have a builder in mind then disregard this response. But if you are looking for both a blank and a builder, I suggest you contact Jon Spitz (his handle is the same). He has a relationship with John Davis--they're both in the Chicago area--and often builds cues from Davis blanks. One stop shopping, if you're interested.
 
Wrapless ebony would be a long splice, I don't recall seeing any of those in Martin's inventory when I ordered mine. You may have to special order it, talk to Martin at Superior Cues, he's da man.

Tim Prince also has a relationship with John Davis and builds cues from John's blanks. Here's an example:

I would also suggest having John or Tim build the cue directly. They did a great job on my wrapless long splice.
