I read a thread earlier talking about the character of this guy or whatever. From watching the stream now of him playing Parica and seeing him in person a few times at Derby all I gotta say is this guy is a joke. Saying to Parica "Man you wonna win that bad?" after Parica defended himself when John commented on him playing safe when he had called a pocket. What kind of competitor wouldn't want to win bad? He is a hypocrite for saying such a thing, get outta the tournament if it doesn't mean anything to ya bro.

I'm sorry I just had to vent. Its guys like these that keep this game from really going somewhere and being truly respected.
 
Yeah Henn can definately act like an all out ASS sometimes. He plays great but has attitude issues thats why some people have calmed him down with their fists. He doesn't know when to shut up.

LOL...He seems to be becoming pool's punching bag!

I saw him to his crybaby thing at the IPT in Vegas against Gerda Hofstatter. He whined about her racking...with SARDO racks...then called in a ref...and he whined at LEAST twice about the ref's rack...and then the ref said "Break or forfeit" and walked away.

Too bad.

If I remember right,Gabe was the first one to complain about the racks in this incident.I thought Gabe was trying to shark Henny,an as far as punching goes,you better watch out,Henny has a secret army behind him like Earl.......................

I saw him playing the last three days in the Eight Ball, and he acquited himself just fine in every match I saw. He played hard, trying to win and played great. Never saw one ounce of a problem and he got along with each of his opponents. He played Gabe again in the Eight Ball, and they had no problems and it was an excellent match, went 5-4 with Jon pulling it out.

The guy is one of the top players in the country, and a fantastic bar table player. Everybody takes the heat sometimes. I don't hold that against them. They all want to win so bad. And that's what makes a winner. By the way, John was the big winner in Reno, winning the Nine Ball and the All Around Championship. Total winnings for the week, not quite ten grand, not too shabby.

Best of all, he is leaving town with the money. He has a wife and kids to take care of, so he is not inclined to give his money to the casino. Smart guy!
