Johnny Archer is Bartending ! ! !

Well, that does give rise to a whole genre of drinks, doesn't it?

Let's see, we have:

* The Lintini, and its cousins, the Vodka Lintini as well as the Dirty Lintini (J.A. had to work long and hard on saving up for that last one)
* The Lint-hattan (or its variation, the Pick-linton)
* The Kami-lintie
* Lint on a beach (for some reason, I picture the customer of that one reduced to a spiderweb-encrusted skeleton by the time of its serving)
* Tequila Lint-rise (this one has to be served quickly, because the idea is that at the time of serving, the lint at the bottom of the glass is still rising)
* Lint Russian
* The Cont-lint-nental
* The Lint-hopper
* The Lint-driver
* Creme de Lint-th
* The Lint-jito ("lint heeto" for the pronunciation-challenged)
* The High-lintball
* Lint & tonic
* The Golden Linter (a variation of the Golden Slipper)
* Lint-adine Rickey
* The Bloody Lintie
* The Lint-prechaun
* The Al-lint-bama Slammer
* The Marguer-lint-a
* The Metropol-lint-on
* Old Fash-lint-oned
* The Tom Coll-lints
* The Lint Whiskey Sour
...gosh, the possiblities are endless!

Don't quit your day job just yet. :rolleyes:

Larry Nevel used to bartend at the carom room not too long ago, I don't see what the big deal is. BTW, larry could spot J.A. the world in a burger cook-off! BET!

Sean,
Even though Eric suggested you not quit your day job just yet (:)), I must respectfully disagree with his assessment of your prose. Granted, you ain't no Ernie Hemmingway or Tolstoy just yet, but you gotta start somewhere!

A little suggestion to help maybe get you published quicker...add the word "Slow" in front a few of them recipees! IF you know what I mean! :grin:
