I Was just flipping through the channels and i came across an episode of Modern Marvels on the History Channel titled Bulls-Eye, and it featured none other that Johnny Archer in it running some balls.

Has anyone seen this, i thought it was just a little rediculous!!!!

Steve

Is he really a Modern Marvel ????? I Think Not ! ! ! LOL

lets put him in the TAR Pit against SVB to decide.

the episodes from last year. They couldve gotten into further detail but it wouldve taken the entire hour. I liked it. Pool on basic cable is always a good thing.

"From LAPD's sharp shooters to Army snipers, discover what it means to be armed and accurate. Learn how ancient ballista and trebuchet could repeatedly strike their targets. Find out how the Phoenix Lander will navigate to its target some 422 million miles away. See a nine ball expert hit several bulls-eyes, sometimes with the same shot to run the table. Finally, watch as Cirque de Soleil's daring artists are both projectile and target as they perform their breathtaking feats."

This wasn't a tournament, match, or face-off. It was an experiment. Johnny Archer is one of the world's best pool players and one of the finest ambassadors for pool, and I think it's fantastic that he did this for Modern Marvels.

Johnny is a future hall of famer, who better to do something like this?

Very few people have Archer's tournament record.

This segment brought positive attention to our sport and to one of its most accomplished superstars. Thanks, History Channel. Any suggestion that there is somethng left to prove for Archer over the glorious green felt is a little bit absurd.

Archer is the man. He's won everything there is to win in pool, and he's only 40 years old. By the time he retires he may hold more titles than any player in history.

I agree anything to help at this point in time is a good thing.

hes offered to play shane at his pool room butt so far shanes been a no show. shanes good butt johnny still the best.

Damn, no respect for J. He's player of the decade and you guys are comparing him to Shane for lack of any other player to screw with him about, except for the Pinoys. I can tell you this. Shane don't have to like it. Noone HAS to like it. If you believe otherwise, go ahead and chase him down. Chase away. (Call me if you need busfare after you find him.)
