Joss West question

I just loaned a guy some money on a Joss West cue, the sideways JW is located on the bottom of the butt cap close to the bumper. All the other Joss Wests I have seen the JW is located on the top of the butt cap close to the wood. Has anyone ever seen a JW located on the bottom of the butt cap. Also, does anyone have a value on what this cue should sell for, Thanks for the info. Tom

You made me look. but all of my JW's have the logo at the top.
It wouldn't surprise me if some are at the bottom, but let's see some pics.

It looks like the JW is upside down on the butt cap. Has anyone ever seen a Joss West like this. One of the shafts has 3 signatures on it, Mike Sigel, Nick Varner, and Earl Strictland. Does this do anything to the value of the cue. Tom

something doesnt look right

ringwork looks similar, could we get a better in focus photo of the signature and forearm ???

just looks off to me

I will take better pictures tomorrow, it looks like someone put the butt cap on upside down, if that can be done. Tom

that cap is upside down....right now its reading left handed... it should read right handed as you're holding the cue..that explains why the JW is near the bumper instead of at the top. i'm sure they made a oops on this. Maybe more valueable like in sports cards collections, when they have an error, it increases in value? Ask the cue makers.

A higher selling price would be nice, I doubt if Bill did it. It was probably done by a earlier owner, just wondering if everything else would make it a JW.

joss west cue

it looks to me like someone took the butt cap off and put it on wrong which would cause the jw to be upside down I have to look at more picture of the bottom of the cue with out the rubber piece being on as well as the cue it self... I collect them have 11 of them now......
