Thanks for the compliment and the feedback! I started learning about 20 years ago when I got into digital photography and needed to have skills for an electronic darkroom. It sort of evolved a bit since then.
I was dissatisfied with the shadow on the right side of Grady's face. It did not follow the hood as it should have. And while I did add noise to the Force Glow, I totally missed adding some noise after the original blur. I'll try and remember that, especially since the original b&w posted had noise.
The Astros were playing early yesterday (5:10 PM), so I was trying to finish up quickly. I skipped making masks a couple of times in my rush, so it's not so easy to go back and fix the things we see now. I hope it's still "good enough" to help visualize JusticeNJ's idea!
