I really hate when my opponent in a tournament does'nt have his jump cue ready when he has to jump. First he strolls over to his case...fishes it out...takes off the joint protectors and stores them away... spends a minute or so making sure the tip is adequately chalked...and then...and then...finally shoots. Why can't people have their jump cue ready like their playing or break cue!

Jump Cues should be banned all together.
If you cant jump with your full cue then don't jump at all.
In fact ban jumping and learn how to kick.
I'm of the opinion that jump cues were invented as a way to create more things to sell to pool players, just like pocket chalkers, and most of the tip tools out there.
