Justice for Mike Surber

I can't believe that with the evidence there is that AMW hasn't aired it yet.
With the kind of haunts this guy frequents, someone is bound to recognize him.

Which brings me to question, has AMW become a show that airs its suspects based on the sensationalism it will bring or are they trying to help everyone?

All they have to do is bring it to the viewers once and I truly believe they will get many leads. Whats the hold up here.

I don't know how they decide which case gets air time. JoeyA had an address that you could write AMW to bring it to their attention that Mike, his friends and family still need justice in this case.

We are almost at the two year mark of this tragedy and we still don't have a name or even a clear image of this guys face. AMW might be the best chance at making some progress in this case but I think that they would have to be flooded with mail or maybe someone with some serious pull steps up to make something happen. Somebody would probably still recognize him if it got air time. Would they still recognize what this guy looked like in 2009 five to ten years from now? Probably not. The clock is ticking.
 
I think this guy looks pretty close. I turned this one in a few days ago. I wouldn't normally post a mugshot on here but this guy is behind bars right now for a felony robbery.

The 'eye line' looks perfect too. Hair can get thin real fast too at that age. This is a good candidate imo- Can Joey get someone who was there to look?
 
wow that guy looks very close. How long has the guy been in the slammer and was he out when crime happened? The more info the better. Keep up the good work guys.
 
I would bet large that's him. Do they have any DNA from the crime scene? Hope so. Look at the length and the curls in the back then imagine it in a pony tail and compare.
 
Wow, if that isn't him the guy's got a twin brother. The hair and hairline look perfect to me, especially the curls in the back. The eyes and ears look exactly alike, and most of all, that nose, with the deep creases around the nostrils, is a spitting image. And that wouldn't by any chance be the SAME blue shirt, would it? I hope Det. Flowers is taking a serious look at this guy. I am curious what state he is locked up in. Regardless, props to you Eezbank, good work. I'm sure Mike's family and friends are appreciative of all the hard work you've done trying to ID this a**hole.

Thats not him. I'll take that bet. BTW I wear x-large. :)
 
If someone can confirm that there was DNA I will bet $100 that's him. Would bet more but can't trust that cops will do their job correctly to prove me right.

The only way I can win is if they got DNA from the crime scene. Need confirmation of that first. Also where is the good action list?
 
that could be the guy....to bad we dont have pic from left side of him at the bar....his left ear is a diffrent shape than his right ear.....but could be him...i hope it is so we can get this scumbage off the streets.....
 
are there any decent pics of his left side? if so you could match the mugshot pic up....
