Karen will be playing in the JPNEWT Tournament this weekend at Triple 9's in Elkridge, Maryland. Stop by and see the recently inducted Hall of Famer play if you are in town!

Met Karen briefly last year in Lincoln City, OR for the WPBA event down there. She was a consummate professional, class act, humble and kind person both at and away from the table. It was a pleasure to get her signature on a cue ball that most of the WPBA players signed for me and a pleasure to tell others how fantastic she was to talk to.

Karen is also a great fundamentals instructor! Six people from my home room in Frederick Maryland have gone to Philly to take lessons from her...I highly recommend her as an instructor!

I wish Karen would play at DCC.

Then we could see how good the ladies really are compared to the men.

Not sure how she played or where she finished. I do know she has two fourth place finishes at Turning Stone which is a 128 player field mostly men players

Ken, I was there about 40 years ago. There was a bar called Boney's. Have you ever been there? I also think there was a pool room called the Sportsman... long time ago but great memories!
