I didn't even read the second post on down before I was laughing out loud... I saw that Searing on ebay and laughed that you paid almost $900 for a sneaky with rings, and it doesn't say Szamboti....

Then you come here trying to sell it to people that watch ebay daily anyways wanting to double your investment (which was too high anways). You got greedy. People busted you out. Now you are all defensive because you know that you are caught.

As far as what Shorty was selling, he marked it up around 15-20%, not 100%. Waaaaaaaaay different. And as far as your analogy on sitting in a store informing customers, that is just insane....

I don't have a problem with you, but this is just outlandish. As a matter of fact, a good friend of mine (and cue collector) talked to me about the auction you won. You overpaid for that cue in the first place.

This is a forum to post opinions too. I too don't like it when someone shits on my thread but I can't stop them. but Some of you have done it yourself and are now knocking on shorty. That wheelchair comment was below the belt Hal. I've seen nothing but good posts by you but that's a little personal. I can understand shorty's anger too. why would all of you gang up on him for him saying something about hal's asking price. Come on. Let him be. Especially after the very rude and outlandish comments that you guys say to him you don't expect him to get defensive and personal back with you guys. I have no problem with any of you. But quit ganging up on the short guy. I've have heard nothing but good things about him, and I personally have had deals go smooth and quickly with shorty. As I'm sure everyone else has. He can't carry all of you so get off his back.

I with ya here mystick cue fan.leave the guy alone.This board is getting pretty bad with all the drama on here it's like a soap opera.I try to watch what I post now to make sure I don't piss any one off.I have gotten a few people mad.This crap is realy taking the fun out of this forum real fast.When I joined I thought this forum was the best thing.Starting to change my mind ,maybe people should go play some more pool and chill out a bit.I am buds with shorty to. I talk to him almost every day on aim and value the guy as a good freind and he has done some awsome trades with me noing that he was on the short end of the stick.Shorty has not posted any think different than what any one else has posted, but I guess it's always fun to pick on a little guy.Maybe it makes some people feel tough.This is all I have to say.

You guys who are sticking up for him only know him through this forum. Skippy and I have seen and experienced first hand what he is about. He thinks people SHOULD do things for him just because he is in a wheelchair. Why don't you come down and hang out with him, chauffeur him to the pool hall and all that good stuff. And the next time he asks you to come and pick him up on your way to the poolhall or do him a favor and you dont, let's see what names he snickers at you. I guess that makes him "feel tough".

As far as him dealing? I've never bought anything from the guy. Don't care to. He buys cues just to say he's owned and finger phucked it. Then puts it up for sale. Of course he's gonna tell you "It hits great". How else is he going to sell it? How would he know how it hits? Does he have a closed bridge or an open bridge? How does he stand when he goes down to shoot? Does the cue hit stiff or is it soft? Tell me please how could he know all this!!! So don't sit there and tell us to backoff when you are many of miles away from him just talking to him on AIM.
 
Well than I suggest to you to take it up with him there. Don't try to soil his name here. As far as I'm concerned He is a stand up guy who is always kind when dealing and talking about cue purchases. As far as personally, he has never done anything to me and matthew staton. so if you know him so well in real life and not just on the forum take it up with him there. I'm saying back off him here. He has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with with all of us on the forum. So I suggest you do what he tells you and email him personally if you have a problem with him. Or since you know him so well personally, go say it to his face. Bringing this out into the forum is childish. What are you trying to accomplish? I'm sure all of us have made a post on something we weren't interseted in buying. So I'm with matt. Say it to him directly and backoff him here.

You should go and read some of his posts then. He tries to jab me (or DM) at every possible thread he can find. I'm fine with leaving it alone. He just needs to keep his mouth shut on here as well. He's the one being childish. You just don't see it. How could many of us on here be wrong?

Why don't you read all of the posts within that thread. "We" (the entire AZB cue buyers/sellers) found someone who was trying to screw over people. Don't take a few sentences that I wrote a long time ago and throw them up here....

Must've taken you HOURS to find that post. Glad to know you have nothing better to do.

But As far as bashing me and shorty, take it up with me personally by PMing me. Or talk to shorty personally by PMing him or emailing him. I keep seeing this murrell cue getting bumped to the top because of this stupid arguement.

The ONLY person I have a problem with on this board is Shorty. In my opinion, If you're not interested in a cue you shouldn't knock a guys action. I've got the cue marked up high. Big deal. I'm trying to make some cash. My intent is to wheel and deal myself up to a Bluegrass or Gina or something like that. Each cue I get is a little more valuable. Is that so wrong? Isn't that what most people try to do? I've got the funds to buy a Joss West or Mottey or a Hercek right now. I've also got a wife that will beat me with a Cuetec if I do it. I have to sneak up on them if I'm ever going to own one.
 
In response to the question posed by Mystik Cue Fan (sp?), I have. Long story short- I was selling an Omen WELL below its value and Shorty showed interest. The deal was almost a lock when I get a PM saying he had to back out because the price was too high. I lowered the price to his limit and he showed interest again. Finally, when I contact him for shipping information, he backed out again!

In case no one has noticed, Shorty is infamous for running rampant throughout this forum asking for prices and specs on cues that he is NEVER going to buy. That aside, he has never ripped me off on anything I may have bought from him... because I wouldn't buy SH*T from him. A Racinchaison sneaky pete? An excalibur sneaky pete? A Lucasi sneaky pete? And my favorite, a shaft that he bought because he thought it might be a Bushka but it isn't... so its just an unknown shaft!

Ken Murrell makes a solid hitting cue to charge $650 or $600 for a cue like that is by no means unreasonable. Buy a JT-1 from Judd Fuller without those rings and you're paying that much and waiting a year for it!

Shorty, get a clue, stop wasting everyone's time, learn something about some of these cue makers and their cues. Then add your two cents.

I'm going to get personal right off the bat matthew: you're a retard, for A.) insinuating that we (me) rag on Shorty because he's a midget, and B.) for defending him generally.

Go read the overwhelming consensus on his dealing with Proficient Billiards. Do you think he built that lackluster reputation because he's a midget?

What I said about a cuemaker forbidding one of his dealers to sell any of his cues to Shorty is true. Now why would a cuemaker make that kind of stipulation, when the cue is already out of his hands and he doesn't (under normal circumstances) ever have to hear from Shorty again? Because Shorty is a godamned nightmare, and simply not worth the risk. Or perhaps the cuemaker just has something against little people?

Based on his behavior in the forum, I've decided that I would never, ever want anything to do with him business wise. I will also warn (yes---warn) everyone I know to stay the phuck away.
