In a discussion in the FOR SALE section there was some talk about a cue that was on ebay.
Chris was nice enough to post these pics for me.
The Rambow I have was purchesed out the Murphy Little Collection.
"Snooks" Perlstein orginally purchased the Rambow cue. He was quite the accomplished player, with rumors of him beating Willie Mosconi. Snooks was friends with Murphy Little, a criminal lawyer practicing in Miami.
In time, the cue had made its way to the Lexington, Kentucky home of the wealthy attorney. It remained in the Murphy collection until his death.
Shown in the pics are the March 2003 Pool and Billiard Magazine feature on it and the Balabushka that was purchased from the collection. Also shown is a March 1968 Billiard News Cover showing a picture of "Snooks" and the little Rambow cue he was playing with.
It is all original, as seen, it has seen some use. It has 3 shafts.
I really like the little cue!
