I bought the cue off another az'er here. He sent the cue in to Ed Young for verification.
Ed authenticated it to be a Kersh but will not write a LOA. Ed's policy at that time is that he will not write one.
I can put anyone in touch with the az'er that was the previous owner. He is well-known here.
