I am sure that all of these people were threatened with dismissal if they didn't write glowing letters. Anyone want to bet that there won't be any letters like these written for Kenneth Lay, Bernie Ebbers, and the rest of the CEO's who steal your investment money?

Sounds like it's pretty cool to work for Kevin Trudeau.

I doubt they were threatened... You were joking I suppose...

I'm sure there are lots of employess who he has given a life to that love him for it. Do you think MS would say nice things about him unprovoked? ;)

He is doing a good thing... whether it be for personal financil benefit, benefit of the public in general, or both.

Nah....I'll skip it (this time).

You don't have to. I know that a lot of people probably wrote nice things because they felt they should to preserve their job. Not because they were coerced but because a threat to Kevin is a threat to their livliehood. Still though, my general impression is that Kevin lives the life he preaches and consumes the stuff he sells.

I don't know what types of benefits he offers his employees but from the descriptions it seems as though they are being offered some that are well beyond what most employers do.

Another thing I read about Kevin recently is this - although you may not like Kevin or his methods, what he has to sell is not neccessarily a bad thing just because it's Kevin selling it. (paraphrased)

I owned a GNC store for about 7 1/2 years, was the top 3 store in my division each quarter, and in all that time I if say I took 10 pills total that would be a high guess. But I could sell ice to an eskimo & ,if need be, make you or any customer believe that me, my family, my friends, my mailman were taking more supplements than they could imagine.

MS said that 'The Apprentice' was based on his hiring techniques and that he has a lot of very long-term employees who will staunchly defend him, not because it's their livlihood, but because they believe he believes he is helping people.

Now that I agree with. You can sell anything to anyone if you are willing to lie about it. However, just because you lie to sell it doesn't mean that what you are selling isn't a good product it just means you are an immoral salesman.
