Kings Cup On Demand Stream

My content list now has most of the matches on demand. But still nothing for Match 12 (SVB vs. Ko P-Y), the most important one to have (for me, at least) since the stream was down for it. There is a "Launch Player" button labeled Day Two G17, which is the last one, but nothing loads when I click on that. Is it possible or likely that, because of the problems, the match was not recorded and we'll never see it?

I sent numerous PMs asking for a refund. Still haven't got a reply but after my latest PM about an hour ago, magically I had access to all of yesterday's action. The replay quality is pretty good on my end, i just wish i had gotten a response back over the past two and a half days. Next time I'll know better.

Apologies it took so long. We have been up around the clock answering emails from social media as well.
Glad it worked out!
