What a beautiful cue. I am a big fan of Kenny's work. I have never owned or hit one of his cues. I just know they are pleasing to the eyes.

Definitely a beauty to my eye. I continue to be surprised at customs cues, expensive ones that do not come with matching joint protectors. Not trying to offend you as you are selling a great cue by a great cue maker. I've just seen so many without matching protectors lately.

Most cue makers absolutely HATE making the joint protectors!! I know for sure Kenny does. I've lost way more joint protectors than I've used LOL

Building matching joint protectors is like building another shaft (ask any builder) but they get paid a fraction of what a full shaft costs. So they try to charge as much as a shaft but the customer doesnt want to pay it and as a cue dealer my customer also does not want to pay the upcharge. I don’t even ask for them unless its a special order, the customer has asked, and is ok with paying the extra for them.

Understood...thanks for the explanation. Again, great cue...good luck with the sale!

I just have Steve Kornele make my JPs. His are as nice as any I have ever seen, he will make whatever you want and they are reasonably priced

I asked a maker for joint protectors when I was buying a cue and he said sure, Ill take care of you, no charge.

Guess what came? Those Black hard plastic generic ones.:D:rolleyes:

I need to stop looking at this cue...I like it a little too much and need it like a hole in the head.

As far as joint protectors are concerned, I like matching protectors on my cues and will pay an additional fee for them.

Beautiful Cue!

This cue is really stunning! I'm sure the new owner will be very pleased! You always list such excellent cues! If it were wrapless, It would be very difficult for me to not pull the trigger  I love Kenny's cues. Someone (I believe it was you, but not 100% sure) posted a really red rosewood cue Kenny made recently and it was a stunner too. Didn't last long either, as I suspect the same for this one.
