Laminate tip Pressing

Looking for your thoughts on the pressing of laminate tips before installation. Mainly if you think it is bad for the tip or not. I like to use moori mediums, however, they sometimes mushroom out quickly and need trimming. This is ok for my stuff but I do not like to have customers needing to bring their stuff back to me right away. Do you think it could cause laminate separation by pressing these tips?

any input appreciated.

I don't see the need for doing such craziness...and I've never seen a layered tip mushroom in the sense that solid tips do...

It may be wiser to just install the Q instead of pressing the M.;)
I personally don't press lam tips.

I press all Moori M tips for about 5 Minutes - not too hard.
Since I do that, my customers never come back for mushroomed tips.

And the Tips doesn't delaminate.

Pressing a little is like they are played for a week.
