last chance Eddie

common sense

what i can't understand is why an up and coming cuemaker doesn't go out of his way to make sure a cue is done on time for anyone but especially when putting one in the hands of a well established pool player/legend like bill cardona.

bill i'd like to take this time to apologize to you.

sometime ago,in another thread i confused you with bill cardille(chilly billy).

ah,sorry.

Wheat's modus operandi when confronted:
A 9 ball challenge offering the last three.
Mr. Incardona, your covered!

I would like for anyone that knows Eddie Wheat to tell hm that I have tried to contact him many times and have not been able to do it. I have finally reached the point that if he doesn't call me I will launch a verbal attack against his character.I have never done this before, but the way I have been handled by him has really disturbed me and has driven me to do something very uncharacteristic,in regard to how I really am. I would appreciate it very much if someone would give him this message. If he doesn't contact me within 72 hrs I will do my best to ruin whatever credibility he has left.

Thanks,
Bill Incardona

Surely, this must be your cue or your's is one of the 'other' new cues that he's burning the midnight oil completing: http://www.jimboarmy.com/phpbb3/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1153&start=0

I hope Bill gets his issue with Eddie resolved. I have seen numerous posts about Eddie on here with nothing good. I am glad to see others warn the people about stuff like this. In my opinion what Mr. Wheat needs is a good trip to the courthouse for his business practices. A good fine and possibly some time behind bars may wise him up some.

If Eddie WAS his by a truck I wonder if it ever occurred to him that it may have been one of the guys he screwed over behind the wheel.

I was telling my friend that there would be a lot less scams on the forums from well known people if there were some threads like:

"Southpaw gets ass kicked at tournament"

"Kevin Varney got sugar put in his gas tank"

"Eddie Wheat gets hit by truck owned by a guy he screwed"

I certainly don't condone this type of behavior but my theory is back in the day before all the lawsuits people didn't get away with scams in the pool world.

That's my 2 cents.

And it still works today...just kill the lawyer too. Johnnyt

Curious if the OP ever got his cue?

This Eddie guy sounds like the biggest loser ever. That or he's just a scammer.

A loser a scammer and an ex con living off his grandma's social security checks.
He screwed me on a cue and I'm gathering all of the evidence to take him to court.
I hope you read this Eddie. I want all of my money back

all the domestic violence laws they have made, make matters like this easy to deal with. It used to be you didnt want any witnesses, now you want to have one, the guy that will swear "I felt threatend" is a true statment.

I can see where a back-up could happen to a one-man operation like a one man machine shop or the likes, but cuemakers get paid in full upfront. There is NO reason they can't hire some help to do the rough out work until they get caught up. Most other businesses have to lay out the money for the material, do all the labor, and then hope to get paid.

This happened to me once. I was making gold and silver Pink Ice rings, pendants, and bracelets when Pink Ice was just starting to be the fad. I had so many orders that I had my wife and three daughters taking and shipping the orders while I worked about 18 hours a day setting and polishing the jewelery, five days a week for weeks to catch up. Saturday and Sunday we split up and did three flea markets. Out of the thousands of orders I got maybe less than 1% complained about the wait.

I put an ad in a magazine a little after I caught up for a silver tennis bracelet. Same thing happened. No sleep for three weeks. I couldn't wait for the next issue of the magazine to come out where I raised the price 50%. Guess what? I kept getting about the same amount of orders for the next two months. That was about twenty years ago and I still have nightmares of putting those links together and setting all those Pink Ice stones. You do what you have to to do to keep customers happy. I made a killing, but I darn near killed myself and family doing it. Johnnyt

Eddie if you are reading this

I guess what amazes me the most is your (eddie) continuous avoidance of actually answering the question that people ask you(now on the other forum but it was the same thing when you posted on here. It doesn't matter if it's delivery date, reason for delay, or whether you built, bought, or sharpied components of your "custom fitted cues"

I can't believe there was actually a time when I considered giving you an order... Believe me, that was a Looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time ago.

My FAVORITE Eddie Wheat quote:

"I am an honest cuemaker/cuesmith and player and that's pretty much the bottom line ! " I make mistakes but I did NOT and will NOT defraud any customer"

how can you even type this stuff? you must have NO fear of the afterlife LOL

And BTW you REALLY need to resolve this issue with Incardona. I don't get the impression that he is one to take this kind of thing lightly and I'm pretty sure he has the friends and resources to get it resolved one way or the other

If Eddie could read-maybe he would answer questions.
