It's a shame that people don't have to work to buy a cue anymore the just f%&k someone out of one.I have now between here and eBay bought and sold about 100 cues and been screwed twice both by az members with perfect feedback........? Blemishidone and scruggsinhand both have cues of mine I have no payment on and both had perfect itrader. Sad situation here on az. At first I thought this place was safer then eBay but not with what I've seen lately. Good luck with reaquiring what is yours. Nate

Am I tripping or did I see you say they guy said he had received the cue you sent him (or is that a different thread I'm thinking of?). Did he say that and did you show his post of him saying he had the cue?

I agree it's not illegal, but it's also not very responsible to do so.

If something was to happen to this guy, because of the post of his personal information, someone could be liable for it.

I'm not a lawyer, so I do not know the law.

The bad thing about this forum allowing this type of post:

#1 There are always two sides to a story
#2 Anyone with a grudge could smear another person

I belong to another forum where this type of smear post TRUE or not is not allowed. And for good reason.

I honestly have no side in this, but to mention that it's not wise to post someones personal info, and for people to make threats online. It's very immature.

I do have delivery confirmation. And he called me and stated that he loved the cue and had me waiting for the UPS man for 3 days (I have pm's from him stating that UPS should be there anytime now) CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT SOMEONE COULD BE THIS DEVIOUS? Today he has sent out itraders to another az'er like business as usual. Thanks for listening and thanks for all the positive support. I am now getting the authorities involved, as I now have to other choice. Merry Christmas everyone!

You have every right to follow through. Mr. scumbag is starting to show his true colors with his rant. What the hell does mass shootings in "kindergarden" (nice spelling) have to do with this? But he has every reason to fear the police and federal types investigating this. With proper documentation, can't see why your cue can't be listed as stolen property. Neither you nor AZ should be contaminated by vermin like this.

What documentation could Greg possibly have that could support a claim of stolen property? Delivery confirmation doesn't work.

Cufefan86 is online as we speak and he still has a green reputation. Why has he not been given a red reputation. Lets make sure he get a red reputation on AZ, so it will raise a flag for other dealing with him.

I know you're not taking sides, but he has had ample opportunity to publicly post his side and has thus far chosen not to do so. When he received the cue he called me and told me how much he liked it, I know about 90% of the people on this thread personally and I have over 2500 positive feedback on ebay and have done literally hundreds of cues sales and trades throughout the years. Tell me, why would I chose to do this to this person??? Do you think there is a possiblity that I just sent him 3 pounds of rocks via USPS with tracking number in a USPS tube?? All of his information posted was easily attained on the internet for everyone with a computer to find. Thanks for your input. Please by all means do not let me attempt to influence your opinion or who's side you're taking on this matter. But maybe the next thief that's getting ready to rob some trusting soul will read this and think twice about it.

Has this dirt bag been sent any negative rep, so he can be all red instead of green. Last i checked his rep bar was still a solid green. I red repped him, but didn't do much harm because i dont have enough posts to make a difference. There are a lot of people on here with 1,000 posts or more that could turn this pos red

Something doesn't sound right. Chris sounds like he is expecting UPS to deliver the cue. Greg Howard say's he mailed the cue by USPS which is post office.
 
Why is cuefan86 still green? Someone that has enough posts to turn his rep red needs to do so. He needs to be red to raise a red flag, so other people wont get duped. He is online right now with a green rep going on like has done nothing wrong. Lets get this pos red soon.

Yes Kevin, that's right. He said how much he liked it in one phone call, then called back and told my wife the tracking numbers for the UPS package he sent me was washed and when I called UPS the next day in his town, they said they know him and he never sent out a package, he hasn't called me since, but pm'd me that mysterious bs.

God that's bold (and bad). It's one thing to lie in a way that the other guy can only suspect, but quite another to lie that way after he has let you know he got it. Must sting like a *****. Like I said, hard to protect yourself on trades (except escrow).

I wasn't commanding anything. It was more of a request. I would do it, but i dont have enough posts to turn him red. Someone should rep the guy, to keep him from screwing someone else. If you dont want to do it thats fine. Then dont come on here complaining when jacks another person around.
