I'm looking into buying a Lathe for my Personal use. I want to but something for tips, Ferrules, Wraps and Refinishing. I don't want to have to buy a Whole new lathe if I decide to start making Sneaky's.

What is a good option that I can Add Too the more Advanced I get?

I'm not trying to the next Cue Maker of the Year. I just don't want to be limited.

Which Lathe? How much $$?

I'm looking for something used as well...

Todd at MidAmerican - his entry level is around $500, you can start there and move
up to king of the sneakys at your own pace.
