Leather conditioners and dyes?

Case makers and others with leather experience; what brands or types of leather cleaners/conditioners and dyes do you like?

Currently I do a few small projects and recondition some stuff for self, family or friends.

I've been using Fiebings CARE 4 way conditioning liquid and it seems to do a good job but if there's something better I'd like to know about it.

I'm about to buy some dye's and am wondering if Fiebings is ok, which Fiebing do I want (not color but dye type) or is there a brand I should look for... that maybe you like better.

Restoring Old Leather

We get a lot of old dry & cracked leather items. The best stuff I've found for moisturizing leather without changing the color is Pecard. It looks like Vasoline.
 
Jim, have you been to leatherworker.net? They have a whole section in their forum about dyes and finishes. Alot of good stuff there. Rusty

Folks:

For either (or both) cue cases and leather cue wraps, what are your thoughts on the following leather conditioners (and purely as conditioners, not as cleaners as some of the links' caveats warn against)?

1. Neatsfoot oil (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neatsfoot_oil)

2. Mink oil (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mink_oil)

3. Saddle soap (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saddle_soap)

4. ...any others you'd recommend?

A highly regarded product by motorcycle racers is Lexol http://www.lexol.com/lexol.htmlI've been using it on my car interiors, jackets, cue cases and leather wraps for years. It's available at many auto parts stores, as well as shoe repair shops and better hardware stores. Always been satisfied.

I've not heard of Pecard products. I just googled it and got the manufactures web site. Do you sell it at the store?

Thanks. I've used Lexol on the car interior and other things and it's ok. I'm just looking for something that experts might know about but we "normal" people wouldn't have heard of.
