leather drop pockets coming apart

The leather drop pockets on my friends table are coming apart. Getting bits of leather all over the table. Probably to late to save them? Thought about several leather products to moisten them but then the balls pick it up and on the cloth it goes. Got any suggestions? Thanks Don

neatsfoot oil works pretty good and absorbs into the leather as to not leave residue on the balls ....but it sounds like they need to be replaced...
what kind of table is this?

They can redo pocket leathers using existing irons or you can get a complete replacement set.

I have a few extra sets of NO.6 iron leather shield pockets that was mounted and used for display purposes if you are looking to get replacements.
-i have other sets available' new in box, I just have to go thu the boxes to check to see.. What color and style leather pockets you needing?

Its a stock Olhausen table. The color really doesn't matter. The table is light oak. But about any brown will do. How much for the display set? Don

The pockets that I have that was on displays have never had a ball shot into the leather pockets' I have not had the time to get out the new pockets that I have to see what I have left over.....here is a few pics of the display pockets that I have..check your Private message on this site'
