It's not practical (or cost effective) to dye wraps although it is possible. In most cases leather is dyed during the tanning and finishing process. In September I'll be launching a line of precision leather cue wraps (www.superiorcueproducts.com). I have an Italian scotch grain leather that was chosen for wraps because it harmonizes beautifully with purpleheart and feels real nice on the hand. PM your address and I'll be glad to mail you a sample.

I have a few pieces of a wine colored snake pattern wrap that would make a good color match to purple heart. I can install it for you for $100.

The "wine" colored Italian scotch grain leather is the one I referred to in my earlier post. It harmonizes real well with purpleheart. That was exactly why I selected it for my line of wraps. The wraps are precision split (thinned) which makes them relatively easy to install and get professional results.

Stack leather wraps are dyed all the time. Tiger bleaches some to almost white so that various brilliant colours can be achieved. Have a look at Tigers web site and you will see some examples.
