Hello. I will be in Vegas May 7-10. I am thinking of having a Black and white lizard wrap put on a cue I have. Who will be there that has the wrap and can put it on?

Honestly many cuemakers can do it for you now, and cheaper. Where do you live, ask for local recomendations.

Wait till you get to Vegas and have Steve Lomax put it on for you. He does great work at a fair price and is a nice guy too.

Tiger Products

Tiger Products will be there with lathe. They invented the stack wrap.

the only guy

the only guy for my cues wrap is steve lomax! he has done 2 of my cues a andy gilbert and a mike bender! he is the nutz! you wont be disapointed!

How much are they charging these days to put on a leather wrap?

Leather wrap

Steve Lomax will do you a great job! He will be in Joe Blackburns booth in Vegas.

I saw a cue with a black/white lizard wrap on it. Now i am thinking about ordering a cue based around the wraps look.

I love it.

I paid $125 at the Derby for a black pig skin print leather. Real Exotics are around $250. Even if someone is $20 or $30 cheaper somewhere else to me it isn't worth taking the risk. I know the quality of Steve and Joe's work and over the years they have done nothing but great work for me.

Can't say enough good things about these guys.

Go for Lomax!

I was hesitant at first to put a wrap on my cue, playing with no wrap for years. I also was afraid it wasn't going to look good. But, my predator sneaky pete went from sneaky to freaking crazy! I get so many compliments about the lizard skin wrap.

If you want a "traditional" 1 piece leather wrap, Justin is spot on! Steve does excellent work and YOU WILL BE HAPPY! If the "stack" wrap is what you're after, Elian (sp) from Tiger Products will be there working his magic as usual. He does some amazing work, especially if you want custom dyed leather to compliment your cue. Either way, you simply cannot go wrong with either one of these guys. Ron Geyer from Texas will also be there doing repairs. He does a fine job on just about anything you have him do. However, he will quickly and without reservation, recommend either of the two previously mentioned guys. He knows how good a job they do and isn't afraid to send wraps there way.

Joe and Steve together are VERY hard to beat!! I had Joe put a new linen wrap on at the Derby, and have had him do work on my cues (in Vegas) in the past. Joe Blackburn is one of my all time favorite guys in the industry! They had an impressive selection of "other" (leather and exotics) wraps to choose from as well, but I wanted to try a white and double walnut linen wrap on that particular cue...
