leave a comment on espn...

Ya, let's get some of those shots where the women take a straight in stop shot and everyone in the room erupts in applause.

Done!

Done and done! Pin this thing and we may really get something started at ESPN. It would be cool for them to televise a bit of a tourney here or there, like the Finals of t he US Open or something like that. Not the whole thing, just a smidgen.

i just posted on my facebook page. it's a good way to get the word out. hopefully others do the same and this thing goes viral. :woot:

ESPN could take a match off of youtube and televise it without even removing the commentary and I PROMISE you it would be more entertaining then what we normally see on there.

I was shooting the other day and watching jasmin play some girl from russia. Now yes, I know there's a lot of pressure because they're on television and i'm not saying I could do better BUT.. fact of the matter is they both were playing like SL 4's in the APA.

Done, please sticky this thread.......

this should be a right of passage into AZ billiards forums... your first responsibilty as an AZ member should be doing this...

I just checked in and left them a message. EVERYONE needs to go in and voice your opinion. This is the way to get them to listen.

Dear ESPN,

I like to play pool, but I never see any current coverage if events. I'd like to request you cover some of the major events, like The US Open. This year, in October, women get to play in it for the first time in decades. It'll make for some good stories, not to mention marketable eye candy!

Thanks for considering,

Matt, an ESPN junkie!

They are playin some goodies today lemme tell you. That Archer jump shot in the 1993 world finals that Sigel busts a nut on is a great moment in pool.
