I can shoot with both hands; I use my left hand for a bridge and my right to grip. Switching hands is what gets me into trouble; its hard to do without help and it takes a while to heal.
In most circumstances in pool its probably in your best interest to practice those shots where it would help if you could make a shot opposite hand.
I was on a scratch bowling league and after league was done, we would gamble bowling opposite hand. 5$ a game and have 4-8 guys in per game.
Now that was always interesting. Some of us got pretty good. We had one guy who averaged just over 200 opposite hand. And he won nearly every time lol. But it was always funny watching everyone else try and bowl opposite hand. Expecially on spares.
