Jimmy Reid
US Open 9 Ball Champion
Just Heard, God Bless Dave Bollman. This comes as a shock, Dave was always the picture of health and had no bad habits that I was aware of.
Dave Bollman and I never ran around together, that was my loss. By all accounts talking to Mike Sigel and Rempe Dave was a lot of fun away from the tournaments which I realized much too late after having a few laughs with him when we happened to be in the restaurant lounge of the Holiday Inn following both of us getting knocked out after barely finishing in the money at the last US Open I attended.
He was the complete opposite of the stoic perfectionist I knew from competition.
My experience prior to that was one of him being a fierce competitor, never giving up on a shot or match.
My impression of Dave was that of admiration, he was honest, humble and loved by those who knew him best.
My prayers aren't for Dave, I'm sure he's just fine but they do go out to Dave's loved ones and Barry Berman.
Hang in there Barry, there's more to this life than this life, I'm so blessed in knowing for sure of that fact.
Shout out to Albert Otto and Keith Hargrove. Just received your packages back, opened and I'll ship them again Monday. USPS was acting up and the postage didn't print immediately when my daughter was here to drop them off, Asked a friend to do it for me the next day and he didn't put them in the Priority bin at the Post Office he put them in the out of state bin at the P.O..

There's a BUY NOW PayPal buton there now and there's a shopping cart paid for and coming along with the cart will be a SSL do I'll hopefully be able to fulfill all your pool needs with some other domains that I own.
PLEASE CHECK OUT MY NEW DOMAIN AND ORDER MY DVDs. PayPal is secure and you won't be seeing all those pop up electronic ads ruining the site.
poolandbilliardsupplies.com, pocketbilliardsupplies.com, poolandbilliardlinks.com and pocketbilliardlinks.com are a few of my favorite domains.
Notice domains that are as yet unused are exactly the same name of the way someone would type into search engines if they were looking for pool or billiard supplies.
They're all for sale, 11 domains in all, they're all good titles and all for sale.
These domains I've owned for over 10 years and now that I'm feeling a little better will be linking up to this new site and I'll be adding more and more to my shopping cart from other vendors in the billiard industry.
LESSON; Tip of the day;
Don't know if you know why and when I teach using a stoke that doesn't stop , that lesson is in the DVDs. I also teach a grip pressure to match the speed desired and a snug but relaxed bridge.
This lesson is the exact opposite;
On all dead straight in shots where your're going to hit the cueball with follow, stop or draw and no spin.
I want you to make a very tight bridge, tighter than you've ever used before and also grip the cue as tight as you can especially if you just want to stop the cueball.
Naturally you wouldn't grip it that tight if you just wanted to follow or draw it a little bit but the bridge hand should be extremely snug (tight) exaggerate it in practice make it as tight as possible on all straight in shots and you too might go for 20+ years making them on 6 X 12 tight snooker tables.
There's a story about this shot I'll be adding to this new site soon.
Please go there and check it out I worked on it for just one day now and I know there'll be a lot of editing and changes after I read it tomorrow.
