All I can say is WOW! I think Buddy is the best instructor in the world, he has to be. No, I know he is. That was the best and the most I have ever gotten out of a lesson. Well, what did I expect, it's Buddy Hall. If you are a fan of pool and love the game you can not play another year without getting a lesson with this man. He knows a lot and words cannot do justice to what he is able to do for someone's game. Thank you Buddy! I love you and wish you the best!!!

Monica - Why don't you post the info to get in contact with Buddy for pool lessons?
 
Buddy truly does know the game inside and out. He is one of my favorite people and favorite players to play against. Not only is his stroke silky smooth but he plays patterns that most of today's younger players aren't capable of.

Before I set off a firestorm of debate I mean that today's players play a sort of power game where they force position a lot. Buddy excels at getting on the right side of the ball so that position is natural most of the time.

A lesson from Buddy is well worth it. On going tutelage with him will make you a champion if you have a fraction of the desire that he did when he was younger.

That's what I'd like to see. I would love to see some of today's players hiring some of the older players to be ongoing coaches and giving them a percentage of their winnings as payment.

I bet that with Buddy Hall in your corner that you will see your income jump up dramatically.

When Buddy is at the top of his game his position play and patterns are second to none. He also sees patterns and shots that most pros would not see. Judging by his commentary and insights on Accu-Stats and ESPN matches I would think he would be a great instructor. I just wish I could copy his stroke!
 
He is at Magoo's in Tulsa right now and would probalbly like to get some more students but I can't speak for him. I don't have my phone with me right now and fixing to go to bed so I will post the # later. But you can contact him by calling Magoo's wich is an awesome poolroom and very nice owners.
 
I'm sure that anyone could learn alot from Buddy, but if he says "just hit it with top right english....", I can guarantee that his ball is definitely going to do something waaaaay different than mine! One of the best of all time, Cecil.
