I've seen a few floating around here, but the search feature says " too short" to search for. I'm thinking about having one built and want to see some more before I settle on a design. I'd really like to see one with the Titlist colors if there is one.

I saw those when I first joined these boards a year or so ago. To be frank, they are kind of what turned me on the box cue idea.

Ooh, and they are stunning too!

Drew.....cmon fess up.....its the top one that did it, right LOL

I have a new one from Tony, and will be posting it next week. Good luck with your search

Now that's what I'm talking about. That Gilbert is amazing, the shurtz and huebler are a close second. The Drexler is also very very nice. Thank you greatly.

Those kenneys are very nice. If I could afford one of those I'd have it. The joss is sweet as hell too. I'd have one of those too!

Mr. Drawman, I cant thank you enough for sharing some of yours. I too have a soft spot in my heart for the boxed ones. Being the box cue guy you are, have you ever seen or heard about one that was loosely based on the old Hoppe cues?

I have seen many many cues made as tribute to the classic Hoppe cue, with veneer colors to match. I have never seen a box cue like that though. You have a fine idea!

There are many cuemakers with the talent to do a great job with this project. I won't name a favorite among them, but the first name that comes to my mind when I think Hoppe/Titlest cue is Andy Gilbert.

Andy gave me a true honor by building his first box cue for me. I appreciate your kind words of praise for it...I have had only the best experiences with Andy's quality, service and playability.

No matter who you chose to make your project come to life, I envy you for the journey you're about to take. Take your time, do it right. Enjoy it all.

No Bill...we both know Will is the Box Cue Man!

I have found several of my favorite box cues at Cornerstone. So you da man!

And while I'm on a roll here, how about Tikkler getting Tony to build a box cue or two. That's as strong as they get.

Tikkler, if you read this, please share with us your magnificent Mike Cochran box cue.

Compared to some of the collectors who frequent this site, I'm just a pair of ragged claws on the sea bottom...looking for the lost box cue.

Here are 4 more Box Cues(link)

All 4 in the pictures below are very special cues for different reasons, they are the best Box cues I own. Thinking about it, they might be the only box cues I own, I cant remember right now.

And no I didnt scratch them on the concrete, I was triple careful. I am very good at not dinging cues or scratching them. I'm just trying to learn how to use one real good, pool is a brutal game.

Thanks To Mr. Guycrunch for posting the pics from a different thread, I really need to learn how to do that.

happy holidays,

eric :)
