Let's see your Jensen cues.....

Thanks for all of the great postings and for showing off your Jensens. I hope we will see more because what I have seen so far are all awesome.

Here's a group of Jensen's that I had at one time. I loved them all.

Here is another one I have. I purchased the window cue in Ken's thread awhile back and sold it. Wish I wouldn't have.

LOL I don't remember where I picked this little number up, but, I do remember that they guy that sold it to me was "OK"....

I hope there are more Jensen's out there that will find their way into this thread. I know I have sold 5 others and have not seen those yet.

I sold this to a friend of mine, that I play pool with, just so I can still hit with it. Double stack wrap, monster player.

Jensen Cue

Here is one you sold. I recently traded it myself to move into a Cantando. I would not hesitate to purchase another Jensen playing cue.

Thanks for posting that cue. I always wonder where cues end up after I sell them. I will give you a few months before you start to miss it..lol

Here are my Jensen's. Just having some fun with my new camera! 2 playing cues and 2 JB's. Enjoy!

Here are some pics of my Jensen's.
I also have a really old Jensen with a steel joint that is in the process of being refinished.
The 3rd pic won't flip 180 degress no matter what I do, even when I edited and saved it.

WOW...it is nice to see all of Mike's work. The guy has been doing this since 1969 and you would think there would be tons more of his cues showing up.

and here another fine example...., 2005, 8-pointer, ivory joint, probably the best cue I ever had

unfortunately I had to stop playing and it will leave my house soon if someone offers the right price...:)

That is a neat looking Jensen, Mat. You don't see many like that one. Looks like Mike Johnson has some time in that beauty.

Going to have Mike build me a cue soon. Was going to get a merry widow but I may get a 4 pointer now that I think about it.

But a few of these pictures got me wondering if I should.

How even are Mike's points? I always thought he had dead even points but a few of the pics here look like they're off.

It bothers me a lot when they're off so I may just do a merry widow.

I have owned 5-12 Jensen cues over the years. Most of the point work was spot on, a few were off slightly. I think if you stick with traditional points with veneers you will do good. Also, when you talk to Mike, have an understanding that perfect points are the the expectation.
