Lets show off some Hoppe style cues

Found this cue about a year ago on Ebay. Chris Nitti Ebony and Ivory. The only one of these he made with a sleeved SS joint, radial pin. This is my playing cue, absolutely the nuts to look at and play with. Think I'll start a new thread for Hoppe style cues. David

I've had a lot of cues go thru my hands in the past several years but this one is here to stay. When I find another cue that plays as good as this, I'll let you know!! But this still won't be for sale. LOL

Here's a couple pics of some Hoppe cues I have....love the look and these shoot pretty straight irregardless of me too!!!

Left to right; Pfd Purpleheart; Richard Black Rosewood; Whisler 26 1/2Conversion Purpleheart; BHQ HiRun Conversion; TS Titlist Conversion.

My favorite cue is the conversion I had Scott Whisler make for me last summer....SWEET hitting radial pin -- looks too!

Very sharp lookin cue . I like this one a lot!!

When you find the right cuemaker, it's easy to want another cue made. I've asked Mr. Nitti to make me a Purpleheart Titleist copy with an Ivory ring. He hasn't confirmed yet but I sure hope he says yes. It will look more like my Weston which I'll post next.
Can't remember ever seeing a Purpleheart cue out of his shop. Anybody got one or ever seen one??

This cue was custom ordered to be a Titleist copy. Very nice work and another great playing cue IMO Rosewood with an Ivory ring.

I know there are many different ways to define cues, as stated by Fred in the SP thread. But IMO a Hoppe cue has not only an Ivory ring, but it should not have a bumper. But again I'm sure people will define it in different ways.

This Skip fits the Bill IMO, most of the others just have a Hoppe ring, but are not Hoppe cues, please will someone of lower intelligence set me straight.

what about this one....? And the last one is made from a hoppe so I figured I'd show a peek of it. Both cues are former cues of mine and have found new homes. Both played excellent and were by far some of my best playing cues I've ever held in my hands.
