LF- old school caramel/brown phenolic rod

I am looking to buy some rod of the old red or caramel colored phenolic for some cues.
If anyone has any for sale or can steer me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

That phenolic rod and tube is often refereed to as natural and can be bought or ordered from most any local supplier such as Farco. Check the phone book you may be surprised what is just off the shelf stuff.

No matter how dark it is it will turn light again when turned.

It will darken up over time again

i have stuff that is as brown as this material can get and when turned it a very light brown color almost pink. Its sat for about a year in a cue and still isnt as brown as it was before it was turned.

Just a heads up.

yes... but only time will get it all the way dark. ive tried everything to darken it and no luck.

I have some stuff that is yellow when freshly machined. It turns a bright orange with sealer and finish on it, After a year it turned brownish orange.

Doug, can you provide a link to specific catalog#'s, etc., as I wasn't able to locate such a caramel colored phenolic in a quick search.
