McGoorty by Byrne is in print and available (to US addresses) for as little as $7 including shipping, used.
"The Unsinkable Titanic Thompson" is available from the publisher. I posted a link recently.
"Playing Off the Rail" is OK, but I found it boring about 2/3rds of the way through. The use of profanity was overdone, and I was distracted by the disconnect between the descriptions in the book and the reality of the people I know that were being described.
Grissim's "Billiards" is good, but about $50 used.
Dyer's "Hustler Days" should still be in print.
