Yes sir it wil get thru the window,,
LOL, are you having fun yet? LOL

Seriously, the best resolution I can do is what's seen with "Stay Away". That whole scene is a composition coming from 3 photos and some of the elements were reversed orientation. Check out the detail on the bark of the tree and the tigress' eyes.

Being a composition coming from 3 separate photos a few adjustments were required. Mainly, reorienting the direction of the elements, resizing to fit proportionately while imparting the message by accentuating the key elements and redistributing the lighting effects. Maintaining the direction of the main lighting source is the key in blending the 3 photos as one (check the highlights and shadows). Rendering the mid-tones and under-tones took into consideration the snow's characteristic of reflecting diffused light. Reflectivity and detail on the elements also took into consideration its distance from the viewer's percieved location.

I hope that this info helps bring a deeper appreciation of the artistic composition in "Stay Away" than it being viewed as just another picture.

Cue with serial number 0X/2005AzB-04 is now taken. Please be aware that a cue will only be assigned and once the reservation is finalized and not before. Please understand, and thank you as most have been, that the registered AzBilliards posters have priority with this series.
I have decided though to give a 30 days grace period, from day of initial offer, to the registered posters who want to avail of this and only then will I accept reservations from the lurkers.

Register, log-in and enjoy the AzBilliards community with us! :)

Wow, that unicorn pic can also make a nice "Stay Away" type cue. ;)
Yes it will but with some minor editing of the background. May be just a little fade to not completely loose the identity of the material being scrimmed on. This kind of challenges me though to look into base material mixing the same way I did with the Ying-yang butt inlay. I'll try and do a test scrim on black mother of pearl.

Hey Buddha Jones, I'm glad you're with us here. I hope you end up with one of these. But even if you don't, just being a part of this thread will be fun. Visiting here for a few minutes will let your imagination go wild!

So i'll go with that, i have a question .R u going to to do Ivory points ??
No I'm not, but I can move the 3 minor inlays (the ones that are supposed to go between the windows) up and inlay them in the major points.

You are very generuos to offer these cues to these people Master. If you people know anythiing you will buy a masterpiece by Master Edwin Reyes!

Wish I had the money to buy one. At least Mr. Reyes doesn't erase a thread and jump all over a person asking a legitimate question. People like that must have something to hide. I hope the owners will let you show us pictures of some of these cues. More power to ya Mr. Reyes!
