Linen Wrap

just got a cue with linen wrap. feels slippery- any ideas on how to give it more grip? maybe make it more tacky?

Hold up! You may learn to love that feel. Is it a new cue? I've had many cues cleaned and pressed. The wrap is more "slippery" after cleaning than when new. It has become my favorite feel.
