Live Chat via IRC

I searched around the forum for a live chat, I didn't see anything that stuck. The easiest way to handle live chat is with Internet Relay Chat (IRC) so that anyone familiar with it can use their own IRC client. Those not familiar can use a simple web client. So here are the details, let's see if this chat gets active, and how long it lasts. This should be a good time waster.
