The Gorst - Gomez match was supposed to begin at 3:30, and all I'm seeing is the last two games of SVB-Shaw in replay. I hope they AT LEAST don't start the next match until this screwup gets resolved.
 
Well, as of right now, you've promised a service that you cannot fulfill. Something a little better than "Aw, shucks. Sorry." Is going to have to eventually come out of this. It's not like this event just sprung up and Accu-Stats planned the stream a week prior. It's been advertised for months. Prior years have been no different.

I would think you should get a guaranteed service level for bandwidth in the contract for the event with the location, or there would be financial penalties. But I'm no lawyer or tournament organizer. I do know, however, that this is technically fairly simple to do.

Believe me, we are far from “aw shucks” on this end. I just don’t see a need to post a full technical rundown of the issue on this end. Getting it resolved takes priority over posting full details.

So far, so good, with this match. (Gorst/Gomez)

We know that the scoring overlay is missing. We can’t fix that until after this match finishes.
 
And they got the scoring overlay back up mid match. Still having some small glitches on this side, but very small.
 
It worked for a while yesterday but it's back to freezing video and audio keeps rolling. Reset over and over. Frustrating to pay for this headache to be honest.

Or it restarts the 'Live' stream from where it froze.

Or it plays last night's stream. Who knows. I'm over it.

Are we really going to have to go through this BS for yet another day?

Can they at least wait for this to be fixed before starting the first match?

Looks like we are in for another screwed up day, can't even get the stream started
 
I do not even see a link for the current match. any information? All I see under the PPV+ page is yesterdays matches.
 
I think Gomez is still playing a Banks match. But you'd think they could post some information about what is going on.
 
The scheduled times on the chart show the two start times for the semi's have been backed out a half hour each. So 2:30.
