live streaming US Open accu stats

Hi,
does anyone know when the next frame of US Opens will be streamed by accu stats? I purchased an access to view but I can not connect to the server since today. Is this because the show has not yet started, or do you think this problem is due to my computer. Yesterday night anything worked. Thanks for your help!

I just went to the Chatroom they said first match is at 1300 eh 1pm so looks like the broadcasting has not started
