I'm surprised After having us all read his "book" (countless threads) is Grady not going to release the final chapter? Let us know what happened Grady. Are you invited?
I think we all know that Charlie will never come here and apologize for anything.
Sure you can have an opinion on Grady's stance no matter what it is. My only point is that it's pretty crappy to use name calling to express that opinon. I am sure Eric is intelligent and cognizant enough to have been able to express his displeasure without calling Grady a whiner and a five year old. So it was a deliberate slap in the face to do so.
Hopefully Grady will draw Shanelle Lorraine and get a first round bye.
Although it's NOT CONFIRMED that Grady has a spot even if Eric thinks that is what he is reading between the lines.
Why does everything have to be black and white all the time?
When I make an offer I always back it up with cash. I thought that jerk-off was seriously offering me a 160 ball spot. So I came home from work ready to work out the details.
Look how skillfully this sick a hole drew me onto his web.
I never said Jasmin shouldn't get an invitation. Jesus Christ, can you people not read? I'm also not the person who mentioned a 160 ball spot.
All right, you've finally done it. You naysayers can all go F--- yourself.,
especially you, Roy.
I have not heard too many whiny 5 years old telling people to go f themselves or calling people a holes so this statement just does not fit.I have never met Eric personally but we come from the same area of the country and early on I got the personality, for better or worse, that I treat people to extremes on how they treat me. Sometimes it gets me in trouble. When I sit back and look at it later, I might even apologize for it. Perhaps Eric is reacting the same - even though I don't think calling someone a whiner or 5 year old is extreme or deliberate slap in the face.
For a few examples of extreme, please read below. Note: these are just a few examples from the past week. MANY more could be provided.
I think, from these quotes, that Grady could handle being called a whiner or a 5 year old.
After thinking about it, Grady owes the forum an apology as well.
I, like Eric, can respect the man for what he has accomplished in pool. I could even grant leeway in certain situations because of it. But to be truthful, his actions on this forum and what I have seen in person are extreme.
Hallelujah. Someone that reads, without adding things that aren't there.
FWIW, I think highly of Grady's knowledge of the game. Although his skills are a shadow of his former self, the knowledge is still there. Though not my "idol", I've always respected his know how.
Grady's personality and childish, whiny sense of entitlement leaves a lot to be desired, though.
Eric
My child acts the same way,***** and whine till they get there own way, then apoligize after, which is as empty as the wine bottle you must be drinking out of before writing that crap. You hit balls around a table,woopy-doo,so do many other great players don't catch a break, and move on.Lately I've seen posts of players wanting to be a true pro player but have no money so they want people to donate money into a account for them on the net.Great now we have computer panhandling for the future of pool or maybe get a real job!Pool will never get it's true respect because it draws more coo-coos than any sport ever. There's just to many people with no class that play this game.I know some great players that think because they play a great game that it should excuse them for being a dick outside the game.Alot of people have run tournaments, and gamble with people,so does this guy deserve a medal of honor,in fact to save his honor he should not go to the event because having to beg for it still doesn't mean they think he deserved it.It sort of like being pity ****ed,you still do the deed but you really know she didn't!![]()
