Long-running Events in the US

I am pretty sure that the Ocean States Championship (AKA, the Rhode Island State Championships) predates the Turning Stone Classic and it is still going strong after more than 25 years.
Seems to be part of Mike Zuglan's tour. Has it always been at Snookers? 35 years as of 2023:

As a local very disappointed there is no longer a pro event in the Chesapeake/Virginia Beach area anymore. Q-Masters has changed a lot over the years, those weeks during the Open back in the day used to be incredible, such a buzz in the air. You could be shooting league on a table next to SVB at any moment... Now its just families and drunk kids playing all night long for the 10 dollar cover charge. I also feel the quality and uniqueness of the Open itself has been lost since the move. All the sudden Orlando is a pool destination?

I kinda agree here but i'm sure Pat did what he had to do to keep it alive. St.Aug is great place and the new venue looks awesome especially being a golfer. Really wish i could make this.

Of course. Event producers must manage their production costs with care if added money is to continue rising in our sport.

International Open 14.1, formerly Maryland State, and American 14.1, 20th event in 2024. Held in Maryland, MIdlothian and Virginia Beach VA, and now moved to St. Augustine.

do you know if the incorporation of it will mean 14.1 played in the "accustat arena" / tv table ?

My bad, these are U.S. tournaments..

(2nd edit)

But I guess the International Challenge of Champions counts? 1991-2016
