Can any body give a pretty good opinion on the type of wood used on this forearm?

LOL! Good one! Looks like a Rosewood to me but I'm no expert.

It's not used for cues very often, but it looks like some kind of walnut to me, probably American black walnut. I used to do a lot of non-cue woodworking. The lighter wood spots are kind of common to walnut too.

Is it an old cue? Is it an American made cue?

Chris

Yes it's old . 60's. Same cue I been screwing around with. The non-Abe rich,
non-Doc Fry, non-RICHQ . The one aliens left here when they showed the Egyptians how to build
the effing pyramids. The cue that nobody built.

I'm from PA. They used to put black walnuts in fudge in the fall . God, they were good.

Your probably right , Chris. Thanks again for your time. You'll see one more cue comin' up for I.D.
