Karen and I have come up with the following timetable that we think we can stick to beginning in March. After payment and confirmation of design the case should be in your hands according to the list below.
1. Basic Case - 6 weeks
2. Lightly tooled case - 8 weeks
3. Moderately tooled case - 10 weeks
4. Heavily tooled case - 12 weeks.
Any cases with custom features should fall into one of these categories but we PROMISE to keep you informed if we run into any issues with doing the custom mods for you.

We are hiring a new rep who will be here on site starting in March. Between him and Karen the shop will run like clockwork. My job is then to tinker and innovate and to play around on the forum..... (don't tell Karen I said that) - and their job is to fulfill my promises to my customers.
I don't have a lot of stock on those or anything but after April I plan to always have at least four leather cases ready for immediate sale.
