Looking for a great soft tip

I know a few solid players who love the Kamui super soft black. They swear its the best.

Tiger Everest hands down for me. Softer than a Sniper, lower maintenance than an Elk Master, and grips the cue ball like nobody's business. Do yourself a favor and try one out.

+1 on this. I've known a few die hard Elk Master players that have switched to this tip.

If you wait a few weeks you can get one of the new ones, and they might be even better.

Thanks guys . This really helps a whole lot ..

try a instroke soft tip there layered and hold their shape unlike alot of other soft tips and they play well.

Kamui Black Super Soft and Moori Softs are the best I have tried. Wizards just came out in a soft as well, but I haven't had a chance to try them out. I installed one for a friend and he loves it. A pressed elk master plays really well if you want a single layer tip.

There are some new Ninja synthetic tips that come in three hardnesses. They do not lose their shape and and the soft and mediums are getting some good reviews. The hard is more like a break tip.
They retail for $10 each and I plan to start carrying them on my www.cuesmith.com site
