looking for a Jensen cue

Ok, all PMs have been replied to. I just got back from Mikes house and got pictures of his entire inventory. I only got prices though on the non-fancy cues, but have the pictures for all of them.

First here are the general specs and prices on all the non-fancy cues. I didn't get all of the wood makes, but the pictures should explain it all.

All the non-fancy cues will come with 2 matching shafts, all of which are 12.75s with non-ivory ferrules and weight around 19.5oz.

Starting from left to right(Or bottom to top in the sideways pictures) the cues are the following prices. $1200, $1000, $1200, $1000, $1200, $1200. PLEASE DO NOT PM ME WITH ORDERS. If you wish to order one please call Mike(PM me for his number). I'm simply doing this for the good handful of people that are interested in buying a Jensen cue and live to far away to go see them in person. With me being 15 miles from Mikes house I had no problem with doing this.

New Jensens

Love the bottom two of the non fancy Jensen's.........if they play as nice as they look, should be a real killer. The prices are just a tad bit out of reach for me right now. lol Wonder if Mike has a finance plan?

I want to thank Stone Cold for getting this done again....he went out of his way to bring us some killer information. He is local to Mike's residence, but still, it took time and effort on his behalf, there should be more like him in the world and it would be a MUCH better place. As far as I am concerned, he is one stand up guy! It is a rare thing today to find someone that will do what they say and whey they say they are going to do it....this means the world to me.

Oh it's no problem man, and thanks for the kind words. Honestly you have a good chance of owning either cue. Mike doesn't do a lot of advertising because he's a one man ship. 2 of the 6 cues where built in 2009, so they have been sitting for a while. When you have the money just let me know and I'll be more than happy to ride over again. :-)

blue pointer

I may have to call in the AM and see about that second from bottom one. That just may be the one. I dunno though, price and non SS a factor here. This just makes my decision that much harder now. lol

2 more extreamly nice Jensens

It just keeps getting better and better. I like both cues, the second is more to my taste and closer to what I am looking for in a player. I have seen nothing that I would own if there were just one to have. All of Mike's work is fantastic.

The choices we make........

I talked to Mike's wife briefly today. I will talk to Mike tomorrow morning about pricing out a cue to my exact specs. He does have one cue that I am highly interested in. Price is the main factor in my decision makeing process right now. My three options as I see them now are:

1. Order a new cue to my specs (most expensive option)
2. Buy a used cue from the above posts (2 are in the running @ 800.00) which are close to my specs.
3. Wait it out until another cue comes available for less money that is more inline with my specs. The one on Ebay was almost exactly what I am looking for and sold for 635.00.

At the time the cue on ebay was active, I did not have the funds to purchase it. I also had ,and still do have, active listings as I type this. I am going to have Mike price one out with that cue in mind....I am guessing 1200-1500 when all is said and done based on a previous thread.

best offers considered

Now would be a great time to submit best offers. I am not trying to rob anybody here, just trying to get the most cue for my $. If you think you can do a better offer than prev. posted, let me see it. I will look at everything hard and make a determination based on this. Once I place an order, I can no longer accept offers.

Re: Jensen Cue

I have a 2004 Jensen 4 Pointer with points Hoppe style, Irish Linen wrap (white/green) with steel joint and 5/16 14 thread. I'd say right around 19 oz. and has (2) 12.75mm original shafts plus (1) Predator 314 that goes with it. The condition is almost mint, I just need to clean the shafts. Rolls straight with or apart. It just has a little buble on the butt close to the wrap and tiny scatches on the butt. I rarely used it due to the fact I have a couple of sneaky's that I use. PM me if you're still looking and I'll PM you the pics and price.
