I have 3
2 Bob Frey titlist one is new and unchalked the other is very much like new.
One Tim Scruggs titlist. Only $900 more. The Frey's are in your price range.
All three cues are very pretty. 19 oz range two shafts 13mm ferrels.

Titlist - Wrapless - Rare Paduak!
I have one I was thinking about posting. Points are Paduak. I'm told this is one of the rarest of woods used in a Titlist. Conversion was done by local cue builder. Has one older growth shaft that play terrific. Fresh finish on the cue, looks like new. Both shafts have Moori med. tips, and are around 12mm and not wippie at all, play nice and firm. $800 shipped. Also both ferrules are buck horn.
