Originally the video was built into this page on their old site: http://www.playbonusball.com/howtoplay.html ...but they redid the site and that video didn't get put up on the new page. I can't find any alternate link.
There's a youtube video of johnny promoting it (only about 30 seconds, no instruction) and a few other commercials and matches, but that particular clip doesn't seem to be anywhere, maybe some AZ member saved it.
